This is a binary spreadsheet made in Open Office on OpenSuSE 10.2 Between this and the screen shots you can figure out what ingredients were used here. This recipe uses a lot of canned and processed items but the time savings will be considerable. By itself, the grated Kraft cheese will save 30 minutes or more. Using stewed tomatoes is another unexpected way to save time and add flavor.
